1. Assignments are out!

We have some initial pinch hits. To claim a pinch hit, please leave a comment on this post (comments are screened) or email me at agegapexchange@gmail.com , stating your AO3 name and the number of the pinch hit. All rules which are relevant for regular assignments also apply to pinch hits.

You must give a gift that includes at least one of the recipients' requested fandoms and relationships, in (at least one of) the medium(s) the recipient has requested, and which does not involve any of the Do Not Wants (DNWs) in the recipient's signup. The gift must be either at least 1000 words long (for fic) or be clean lineart with basic colouring (for art).

Please contact me immediately if your recipient has not requested at least one fandom you have offered, and one relationship and medium within that fandom.

Assignments are due on the 24th of March at 3PM UTC. Initial pinch hits are also due on the same day at the same time.

I just love these two ever since I saw the first episode. There's just something about their dynamic that's comforting to me, with Ginko being distant towards people and Shinra more warm. If possible I'd love to see this dynamic, with Ginko being attracted to Shinra's warmth.

Here are some prompts:

✩Travelling together

✩Ginko staying for extended period of time in Shinra's house. Maybe getting hurt by accident?

✩Shinra dealing with being persecuted and exiled because of his ability. Modern au will be interesting for this too.

✩Some mushi wants to make Shinra its bride and the only way for Ginko to save him from being spirited away is to make him his bride first (marriage ceremony description optional). Would love to see Shinra being terrified and Ginko reluctant. Aftermath would be lovely but not mandatory. I think some horror-ish atmosphere will work well with this prompt.

Ps: I always think of Shinra as around 15-17 year old, but apparently wiki lists him as 12 year old? I prefer him to be written as older teenager but either way is fine. Not mentioning age is fine too.

This is one of my dearest everlasting ship! I have to admit I barely follow football, but I've been sailing this ship ever since I read a news article about them that might as well have been a meta!
